DEPARTMENT OF ANTHROPOLOGY

Admission Requirements: M.A. in Anthropology

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

  • Undergraduate major in Anthropology.

  • GRE.

Graduation Requirements

  • 9 courses or 42 credit hours with grades Pass or above.

  • Master's Thesis (6 credits, which are part of the 42 credit requirement).

  • Visit the Programs section of the website for important general information.

Curriculum

Semester I:

3 core courses. You will be automatically enrolled in core courses in the beginning of the program.

Semester II: 1 core course and 2 electives.
Semester III: 3 electives. You can choose from more than 10 elective courses.
Semester III: In addition to courses, students need to submit final thesis by the end of the semester.

 

All courses are administered online (i.e. via Internet).
